This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The bottom has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
The following report contains bad news and good news. Bad news first.
Unluckily enough, once again as I look to do more artwork, I experience technical problems. My important computer is blue screening itself to death at random now. Still searching for a cause and hopeful about the ability to repair it, but it's a frustrating setback at the moment, preventing any extended periods of doing any kind of work on it.
This also comes right as my regular workload is increasing dramatically and consuming more and more of my time as I get professional in business managing. It's a lot to concentrate on, and it seems like this whole month has just disappeared overnight.
However! Computer problems are not a total setback for the arts (although the lack of time may be) because I have wanted to do the non-coloring portion of the artwork more traditionally on large sized paper with pencils and pens. This is both for comfort and practical reasons. Less time spent staring at a screen and using electricity. More hands-on approach and not tablet driven. Coloring will still need to be done on the computer, but for now that will have to wait until the problems get cleared.
I've just uploaded the first with the paper/ink drawing approach. Going to work through the drawings as regularly as I can. The original plan was for 2-3 per week, and I'm going to do what I can to reach that target. Maybe try to squeeze in more plain, outlined drawings until the computer is working well? Not sure what's going to happen or how much time I'll find to do it in though.
